Good to know

Items 1 and 2 (this checklist and the signed DA 4651) go to the MSC.
The gaining commander's signature is not needed, except for COL/CW5/CSM/SGM/1SG, commander, JAG (27A), cyber (17A, 170A, 17C), Acquisition (51 series), airborne, flight medic, OC/T, drill sergeant and EO/EEO positions. Most moves in a cyber battalion hit the cyber rule.
A Soldier who has finished their TPU commitment cannot be held past their contract.
